Can family member accompany the patient?

Yes, depending on the aircraft used we can accommodate 1 to 3 family members at no additional charge.

Will insurance programs pay for an air ambulance?

Many insurance programs cover air ambulance services at various benefit levels. Jet Air will assist you in obtaining pre authorization approval from your plan.

Is Jet Air, Inc. an Air Ambulance Broker or an Operator?

Jet Air, Inc. is an FAA Certified Part 135 Air Ambulance Operator and owns the aircraft and medical equipment, highly qualified pilots, medical crews, and a Medical Director for the air ambulance program. By operating our own aircraft and crews we can ensure the highest level of communication in executing every detail while still maintaining minimal costs.

How does bedside and ground ambulance transportation work?

Jet Air will arrange all aspects of you transportation from bedside-to-bedside, including ground ambulance transfers. One call does it all!

Non-emergency flights and medical escorts?

Executive passenger charter flights are available using our fleet of jet, turbo-prop, and piston twin aircraft. We also offer medical escorts on executive charter flights and commercial flights.
