Executive Travel FAQ

Jet Air, Inc has a charter coordinator on call, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Typically, we can be in the air within 2 hours of the first call. However, aircraft availability is on a first come, first served basis. Thus, the more advance notice, the better to ensure the type of aircraft you want is available. The cost of a charter flight is expensive due to the costs associated with manufacturing, flying, and maintaining a safe aircraft. However, as a general rule of thumb, if you can fill most of the seats — or all of them — you will find the cost-per-person will be similar to the price of a first-class airline ticket. In addition, you will have the comfort, convenience, extra service, and privacy of flying on your own aircraft — on your schedule!

Unlike airlines which serve 500 airports throughout the country, air charter allows access to over 5,000 general & corporate aviation airports throughout the United States and Canada. All you need to do is give us the address of your meeting and we will locate the nearest airport. In addition, we can make all necessary ground transportation arrangements (limousine, rental car / SUV, or town car & driver.)

Air charter gives you increased productivity and no wasted time! We are on your schedule. Thus, if you need to cut your trip short, add additional days, or even add another stop to visit family or meet with another customer, you have the flexibility to change your schedule.

In addition to safety ratings with ARG/US and Wyvern, we have adopted our own approved Safety Management System which assists crews in assessing and mitigating potential risks before each and every flight. Safety is our number one priority.
